This is my 11th year going to New York Comic Con and it has been quite a journey. After much deliberation, I decided to buy Thursday and Sunday tickets. Thursdays are honestly the best days to go simply because it is so empty! Also, you get first dibs on all the freebies. But between that and actually having space to walk, I totally recommend claiming one of these bad boys next year.
First up is a picture of my house from Harry Potter. A proud Ravenclaw through and through.
Look at these adorable leather bound journals! Filled with blank pages to doodle your heart out on. They are almost too pretty to even draw in though.
No post is complete without a dinosaur!
By the end, I had to purchase a larger bag just to hold everything I had gotten. So heavy. But definitely a success.
Now, on to the haul. Overall, I barely spent anything so mostly you will see freebies and a few purchases. These include the book box, the Overwatch Puggle shirt, and those adorable dragon prints.
Breaking down this haul, we have the Penguin Teen Ember in the Ashes book box. It came with the first two books, a pen, a sampler, and two tote bags. Unfortunately, the cover of my Ember was bent 😦
The next picture are all of the free books I got from publishers. This is a mix of ARCs and regular novels. I’ve always been able to grab a few throughout the day.
And that sums up my Thursday at NYCC this year. Next up is Sunday!
Catch y’all on the next page ❤

Omg I will check your posts too! The books are always where the publishers are. You will learn more as the years go on

Ohhh I was wondering where you got all the books! Are the publishers usually on the Show Floor or in a different area?

Yes! In the mid entrance/exit 1500s to 2000s toward the front.
